Which HuntLive camera should you choose?

Which HuntLive camera is right for you?

The three camera types serve different purposes. The most important choice is whether you prioritize discreet night vision and a longer detection range, remote-controlled panorama coverage of the hunting area, or monitoring around your home and property.

Choose the HuntLive Game Camera if discretion and range are your top priorities

The standard HuntLive camera features 940 nm no-glow infrared night vision, a 0.3-second response time, and an illuminated PIR and night vision range of up to approximately 25 meters. This makes it suitable for fixed locations such as game trails, stands, and feeding areas. A solar panel is included, and the camera can store footage locally on a micro SD card.

Choose the Panorama Game Camera if you want to adjust the angle from your phone

The Panorama model can be rotated up to 240° horizontally and tilted 100° vertically via the app. It features 850 nm low-glow and an optional white LED light, with a PIR and night vision range of up to approximately 15 meters. It is particularly useful where game can approach from multiple directions.

Choose the Panorama Security Camera for your home and property

The security model is designed for homes, courtyards, carports, driveways, and summer houses. It is available with WiFi or 4G and offers a wider horizontal rotation angle of up to 355°. White light and two-way audio make it more suitable for security than discreet wildlife monitoring.

What should you check before choosing a camera?

Wi-Fi or mobile data?

The 4G models need a compatible SIM card, mobile data and coverage at the camera. The security camera also comes in a WiFi version. Free app access does not mean that mobile data is free. Cloud storage is optional when recordings are stored locally.

Does pan and tilt mean simultaneous coverage?

No. The pan and tilt range describes where the camera head can point. It does not mean the whole area is recorded at once. Choose the position according to the area you need to monitor.

How do you store recordings?

A compatible micro SD card provides local storage. Compare the mounting options and check the thread and equipment weight before fitting a camera.
